Ok so it just told me what I already knew, the migration from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 was unsuccessful, ok so lets dive into this a little more. (If you need more information on this please let me know, my last formal MSFT training was in 2004 for MSFT Server 2000, I know I'm a bit outdated) The requested operation was unsuccessful. First place I go to check is device manager and there it is a yellow "Bang" for Bluetooth So coming from a Troubleshooters stand point (I work on computers as a hobby) so I decided to start from ground zero. Keyboard and connected and rebooted my system. I went into my closet and pulled out the old trusty ps/2 Its the Logitech G700s Gaming mouse, and my keyboard/Bluetooth is the Logitech MX5500, which means I have two different usb wireless receivers, one is just wireless (G700s) and the latter is Bluetooth. After all the installation was complete, I go to check out a few things via "Microsoft Edge" and voila, my keyboard isn't working, whereas my mouse is? My mouse isn't Bluetooth, So I'll make this as lengthy and put as much information as I possibly can! So on Aug.Ħ, 2015 (Thursday), I got my upgrade notification for Windows 10 (hooray!). I know this question has been asked about a dozen times with Windows 10 since the upgrade, but I'm posting this to get some fresh faces and fresh ideas as to the issue.
